I had an amazing stay at this hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Puerto Natales. The staff was extremely accommodating, helping me with everything from early breakfast requests to restaurant recommendations. The room was comfortable and clean, providing just what I needed after my hiking adventures. A minor downside was that the room did get a bit warm in the evening when the sun came in, but overall, it was a very positive experience with great value for money.
